With an historic family tree in Texas ranching and commerce, Anne Marion stepped into her own place in history when she became president of Burnett Ranches and the Burnett Foundation. As a child, Marion spent summers on the iconic Four Sixes Ranch, earning respect from the cowboys as she learned their skills. That respect resulted in her induction into the Hall of Great Westerners of the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, the American Quarter Horse Association Hall of Fame, the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame and countless other inductions and awards.
